Default Gordon

As much as I was enjoying my time off, it looks like it will be coming to an and in January. With that said I was wondering if we are still planning on a swap. 89 for 65

I didn't get much of a chance to speak with you at Pavillions - you seemed to be the center of attention with the GT40.

I would like to sit and go over what is / will be done to the car and see if we are still both happy. How does next week look?

Jeff

Default Looks like it

Mike,

Out of the blue I got a call from a previous employer. Met with the VP for lunch on Monday and we both knew why I was there and it had nothing to do with salad and ravioli.

Long story short he went looking for me, I respect this man tremendously so it was an easy decision to tell him yes. They are working everything up now so it should be set in concrete in a week or so.

The plan is to start in January - still have my fingers crossed as the fat lady ain't singing yet. It would require a daily drive from my place at 35th and Bell to just south of Pavillions, hence my desire for AC and a more fuel efficient, comfortable, stereo-equipped ride.

I should have a better answer by the aniversary party.

In a funny way I was really enjoying my vacation (this is week 8). If all goes as planned I will get another month off - this time I won't have to waste time looking for work!

Jeff

Default Good for you!

Oh well, can't win them all!

Who can refuse a wheelbarrow full of cash anyhow?

Not real partial to automatic ragtops. Let me know if the inventory changes back to 5spd. hatchback cars. I've got some time before I need to use up the AC and the '65 is very reliable anyhow.

But, there is this black '98 SVT Cobra I've seen listed for sale. Hmmmm
