20 annual Tubas collector car show?
Tubac Jan 25th- what do you think? Tubac golf course bar has great breakfast and lunch and several little places to eat downtown after viewing the 10,000 pots? What say you?

Fitz, thanks for the suggestion. Always open for new ideas. Feel free to organize and lead if you want to go.
Here is the registration website: http://carnuts.org/assets/2014Registration.pdf . $25 entry plus $10 for T-Shirt. Most AZCOBRA people like to drive, not show unless for a good cause. That's 181 miles each way for me, all freeway. Where is the fun? Maybe Carnut would like this club since it's named after him.
Class for us is #21

Hey Fitz, That car show is on the grass at the Tubac Golf Course. It is very similar to the Run to the Pines setting. A difference is it doesn't have the 100 vendors. The restaurant at the club house is about a block from the main car display area. If there is a drawback , the general parking area is a long walk from the show.

Fitz, is the wine any good, I am not a snob, but enjoy a good glass. It is much closer than the Central Coast and Northern CA.
Thanks

Some of the wines are very good and close together. You can hit 5-7 wineries and cops are not to be seen. Kief Joshua is our favorite....

I don't drive quite that far, 'bout a mile and a half to Fry's, a 5 liter box for $12.95. Franzia Vintner-Select "Merlot 2013", is my favorite!:rolleyes::LOL:
Ralph, Wine common-sewer!:eek:

The ESSC went wine tasting down there on Dec 14th. Wine not up to NAPA Valley standards but it was fine. Each winery had about 6-8 wines to taste. Buy a wine glass at the first winery and $5 at each of the following wineries you visit. Compare this to up to $20 in NAPA. Good time had by all the including Judy.
