OK, Dave, for you we'll bring a live one, be aware though, you'll have scratches on your forearms and face.
Did you learn that during your tour in Vietnam?

Default Picnic Day April 12

Look like the weather will be cooperating. http://www.weather.com/weather/weekend/USAZ0027
Bring your chairs and hats but don't speed. Some have been known to do an "Entrance Burnout" but that's just rumor.
For you last minute Tonto Pass people, you can buy them at the Ranger Station if it is open and at the Marina.

Great picnic!! I got to meet several people. I only knew Karl, David and Judy, and Lyle (from Sonora Quest) before yesterday. I can't believe John came all the way from Tucson. Nice group of people and a very nice day to have the get to gather. Also, I got another 181 miles on my roadster. Thanks, WEK.

Great day. Great time. Karl did a great job of his rookie season. It was nice not to have to be there at O dark thirty. Karl thanks' for taking this over.

For those who grumbled about maybe paying next year a measly 5 bucks or so, remember it costs us 6.00 for a permit at the lake.

Karl email me the address and I'll check it out. New email is ffr2290@gmail.com

Mikiec, I didn't hear anyone growling about maybe having to cough up a few bucks next year, if we change locations. Guess I missed it. (can't imagine why I'd have any hearing loss) This was the reason I wanted to run it by everyone that was there. We could have gone there this year, but I wanted see if there was any discord over paying a little venue rent, as opposed to buying a park pass. I fail to see the difference...

Pete, glad you made it. Nice to meet you and your sweetie, Jennifer, that is. Hope you can make it to lots more of our thingies. As Mikie said, the Rt. 66 run should be a real good time and his wife Ginny, might have a room reserved that is not yet spoken for.

My plan was spoiled by the ^%$%^^% Flu !!! First time I had the ^%$%^^% Flu in 20 years, that I can remember. Think I'm getting over it, but it ruined the picnic for me.
I guess it was the lack of alcohol that let those little bugs slip into my system, I know how to remedy that.

Ralphie, I was so sick I couldn't talk but I went anyway. Used sign language and tried not to touch anyone. I needed an exorcism. Just get well.

AZ Bob still coughing
