Default Body buck in Prescott - FREE

Done with the buck. Measures 69" X 98" X 24". Perfect for hanging from garage ceiling. Needs to be raised a bit on jack stands or blocks if it sits on floor (that's what I did). Easily dismantled. FREE. PM me if interested.

For enticement, I'll throw in unused Coyote OEM headers and air intake stuff (minus air meter).
EDIT: Headers are gone; so is air intake stuff.

Cheers, Dale

Dale;

No I didn't know about this AZ forum.
I'm JRT dogs here too. Is there an app or just a browser client?
On the buck, thanks but I'll try to find one closer in.
Who know Prescott was 100 mi away? Not me.
Perhaps I'll post something here. Gordon isn't convinced
A buck is even req'd.
Meanwhile. The kit is en route -- left Wareham yesterday

Even FFR says this in the Manual: When you store the body on the ground (unsupported) for long periods of time you may get slight distortion (bowing) around the walls forward of the doors. In order to avoid the chance of this happening, we recommend putting two short 2”x 4” braces (24” long) under the windshield holes (running vertically to support the hood cowl area just forward of the doors under the windshield holes).

Everyone comes to Prescott sooner or later. Give me a shout when you do. Several folks from the Valley have come up to discuss the build; ya'll are welcome anytime.

Cheers, Dale

You're so right -- everybody does go to Prescott, so it's inevitable. Perhaps that trip would be a good intermediate shakedown cruise before driving the roadster to L.A...

Prescott is not that far. Make a day of it. Visit the town and enjoy. Now after that is done, go to work on your car and when you get it done, you can join the rest of us crazies.

The car can be built is as little as 3 months. There are some that take as long as 5 years to rebuilt one.

"There are some that take as long as 5 years to rebuilt one."

Those are the ones that didn't have anyone send them any parts with instructions...attach part A to part B. Then part C to part D etc etc.

There waz also a serious lack of fabricating skill and tools involved but in the bitter end, its a much better car than it was before its forray into landscaping the desert.

Love ya Karl.

JRT DOGs

As far as a buck, I have heard it both ways I do know Gordon did my bodywork and paint. What's in LA? You concentrate on getting it built, let us take care of your shakedown cruises.
