Thanks for all your help Charlie. Do all 8 fit in your truck bed? Might make for a great photo opportunity on Channel 12. Or perhaps a pyramid stack of wagons?
Our count now is 11 that I know of.

I'll bring the Cobra too! I remember the water in Pomona when Don M and me were there. What fun.

Weather forecast now has rain starting at midnight tonight and winding down about 7am. Streets might be wet but improving.

I have been trying to bribe the weather gods to keep you guys dry. I even offered up Ralph as a sacrifice.

Chicken out. I walked da dog for 10 minutes this morning. got cold and soaked, so unless it quits raining by 7, I'll be driving the family car. 40 miles, each way, soaked and cold would most likely put me in the hospital. Argh!

Maybe my RainX theory isn't working so well...

Karl,

Put on a sweater and poncho. Remember this is for the kids.

Default Results Summary

6 cobras showed up. Weather cooperated just fine. Arrived early as instructed with all the toys and wagons then found out we had to relocate to the west side of the building. We walked the wagons full of toys over and drove the cobras. Bruce Nelson handled the interview with Matt Pace with a nice toy filled wagon background. I have it on my DVR at home.Hope I can figure out how to copy it.
Thanks to Dan & Andriana, Charlie & Son, Sandy, Bill B all for attending, trucking, loading and moving the toys. Thanks to Karl, Dave, Bruce, Dan and Scotty for bringing their cars. Maybe next year with better weather we can bring more. Matt Pace asked if he could broadcast a weather report while riding in a cobra on a breakfast run. Perhaps a future event?

I hope we make Phoenix Children's Hospital our main focus for future donations from the Arizona Cobras.

Next year we can set it up so we donated directly. The paperwork isn't that hard. And next year we'll know where to go- Dr. Matt might want to ride down with us in a car!
