Keep it on the road for a few miles before you track it. Surprises.are.usually easier to handle on the road.

If you feel your car is sorted out well enough, ProAuto is doing a track day at Inde on the 23rd and 24th. I've never done one of their events, so I will be going through their orientation, which I understand is pretty basic: Classroom time, laps with an instructor, then track time all afternoon with or without an instructor, your choice. $200.00 for Saturday and that includes your membership, allowing you into future track days with ProAuto. $100.00 for all day Sunday.

ProAutoSports FAQ page

Hunter told me he will probably do a track day at Inde after the hot weather passes.

There's talk of a Mt. Lemmon run in Tucson in the very near future. Are you on the email list? Ricki Mensching is organizing drives as John steps down. PM me if you need her address.

Lemme tell you about ProAutoSports...I ran a couple track days with them at Wild Horse, south of Phoenix, and was totally impressed and pleased. Everyone, staff and participants, everyone, was very friendly, willing to share, willing to help, willing to offer guidance and experience. Only thing that would have made my times with them any better would have been to have not lost a wheel. ARGH!
