Ralphie, sounds like you forgot to take a step backwards when they asked for volunteers?
I couldn't, Karl, we were standing in front of a manure field!

Default Arizona Cobras on Facebook

For best exposure, this and all events should be posted on the Arizona Cobras Facebook website also: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1603098773246056/
It's still new to us but should CC be down there would still be a place to review, schedule and post.

It was a great trip.
I would post pictures but I didn't take any.
About 10-11 cars and one kept stopping about every 20 mins or so.

Could have been better if the orange car didn't stop every few minutes, but all in all it was great.

Sorry there aren't any pictures. The sunshine was just too bright and the temperatures in the mid 70° were not conducive. Was wishing I had a short sleeved Tee, rather than my long sleeved one, for the ride home. Did just under 300 miles and enjoyed every one, even more than waxing my car and looking at it in the garage. teehee

MikieC,
Here's one pic I took at the Prescott Park. There's still a drought going on here, and the trees are limited.

However, my damaged toe and I did get some garage-time in on the car, while you were all out enjoying this early Az Spring:

I did some interior re-modelling

My toe needs about another week, and it will be ready for clutch pedal duty again...

Robert, nice job. I agree that the black is a nice contrast.

Ralphie, you missed a great ride but since you weren't along, there was NO LEOs until we just pulled into Yarnell. Guess they figured "why bother?". We did get to do some fun spirited cranking around all those 20MPH curves, at 40+MPH. The dried salt residue on the pavement also made for just a Leetle more fun. At least I did stay off the mountain sides and guard rails, this time.

Beautiful day, no LEOs, nice place for lunch. Danr kept saying he had to stop and drain the radiator? Must have really overfilled it! Prescott was so warm I had to change into my short sleeved t-shirt. Oh, the pain of it all!

Prescott.Az., February 20, 2016. Wind chill factor 74f degrees. We survived thanks to hearty spirits, strong constitutions, and the will to stay the best ck.away from show.

DrDuc, I thought that nimnoid in the old Ford truck was going to clip you when we were just coming back into Phoenix. From behind, it sure looked like he cut you off, very close. Glad he missed you.
