I think you guys might be in for a surprise. The road south of San Manuel is all dirt. You run out of pavement after about 3 miles. We used to hunt down by Reddington Pass.
I would much prefer to take this route.. https://www.google.com/maps/dir/33.3...m0!1m0!1m0!3e0
I would much prefer following 60, 70, and 110 South through Globe, Bylas, Safford and on down to I 10. I think you would also..

OOPS, I think Dan is right. According to a Motorcycle Route it is graded gravel.
Cascabel Road to Redington Pass | Arizona Motorcycle Roads and Rides | MotorcycleRoads.com Here's a photo. Looks like dirt. https://goo.gl/maps/kMYcB6uYsUp
Probably have to take 77 all the way to I-10 through Tucson to Benson.
Now is the time to figure this out. Karl might even want to take 79 south to Tucson.
Or Dan's Route

I like Dan's route much better than going on I10. Just don't like running in my roller skate on the interstates. Never know, I might zone out and try to drive under a Semi....

Hi all. Vikki and I can't let you guys wander all over the place without our help
in getting lost. Managed to change schedule and reserved a room.
I will look at mapquest and see where you guys are talking about for the route.

Good. Now we don't have to rely on Karl to find breakfast.

So many major food groups: fruit, dairy, grains....well balanced nutrition, I think.

I believe apple pie is a food group as well as biscuits and gravy.

Tru Dat. Makes for a really hard decision. Too bad, or maybe not, that I don't have the capacity of my youth to enjoy both at the same sitting.
