Got it Alan. I don't anticipate any changes. It would really confuse this crew. They don't deal well with change

Dan: From your comments and little digs on members of the group, I think I will fit in and really enjoy myself. Sounds like we are all of that age where change is really a pain in the arse.

Hi Everyone,
I've seen a couple times, so I just want to verify. Are we leaving Cheveron at 10:00 AM?

Yes 10:00 is correct. If you don't get there until 10:05, get back on the freeway and hurry. You're late.

Well, another one in the books. This one has a little oething from each of thr previous ones. Heat, wind, cold, sun, confusion and division. Quite a diverse group. Some old hands, some newbies, some second timers. Cobras, JAFMS, trucks and even a Hyundai. Cant wait to see what next year brings.

We did our best to catch you guys, believe me. I hit my top speed ever today. Jim ran over something getting on the freeway. Cracked the fiberglass, bent in his horn, and affected the steering. Not a happy campy. Everything else on this trip was great, except the weather !

I guess we got too much of a running start on you guys, still thought I'd see a couple fast approaching Cobra's in my rear view mirror somewhere along the way. Sorry to hear about Mike and Jamie's valve train trouble and Jim's tangle with road trash. Had a good time this year, would be nice to have less wind next year tho.

The wind and dust was really a beech but at least it was much better than last year's cold rain. Either way, I've got serious cleaning to do. I'd much rather drive but if I left the car looking like it does, people might tend to think I am lazy. Pretty sure I won't feel the need to remove the seats.....
