Barrett-Jackson 2002
Just returned from my first day at Barrett-Jackson. Great show. Saw 6 cobras, 2 Panteras for sale. GT40 by CALGT (for show). 2 Cobras from Shelby for show. 1 Series 1 for sale. Many great muscle cars from 50s and 60s. Several Hot Rods (coupes, roadsters, trucks).
3 original Shelby cobras inside tent to auction (fenced off-can't get to them). 3 replicas, 1 was CMC, 1 was a 1988 Autokraft alumnum roadster and 1 with no mfr named. Swiss Tuning was there but no cobra due to Shelby. (Mike-they did take over Payton's old Shop). $20 entry. Muscle car heaven. Many Corvettes and XKEs. Lots of vendors. Will attend again Friday, then Russo & Steele Sat AM before going to Pavillions. See you there! World of Wheels Sunday! Bob |

Glad you had a good time....Buy anything:CRY: As far as where the Swiss place is located I believe it is the old location for Peyton Place. I'm going to try to get over there during lunch on Friday, that way I can have some info for those that show up at the PAV. Saturday. Mike |
Swiss / Peyton Place
John of Swiss tuning did move into Don Peyton's old shop. Don moved his place over to Tempe. John can be reached at shop: 602-437-0721 Cell: 480-225-3610. The shop address is 4300 E. Magnolia Phx. He is the Dinan dealer for AZ if you need your BMW worked on, also finishing up some of my aluminum cars for myself and my customers. He is planing on building his own line of Cobras as well.
