In this market, considering all the global economic climate, if I were the seller, I'd sell it and take the cash. I don't know the BaT rules, but I'd contact the highest bidder and see if they could compromise a bit.

As I posted here a day or two ago, there's a fiberglass CSX4000 asking $98,500, so the market may not be where sellers think it is.
