Saturday, December 2, 2017 Time: 10am to 2pm.
Place: Ron & Pam Evan’s Auto Shop: 14201 N Hayden Rd, Ste B-2, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 Covered parking at south end.
Pot Luck Food, suggestions are Appetizers, Main Dish, Side Dish or Desserts.
Bring enough to share. Bring your own beverage and chair.
There is a kitchen, water, bathroom, Keurig coffee maker. BYO
Need: Tablecloths, Napkins, Utensils, Plates, Cups, Paper towels, Trash bags. Volunteers?
There will be trophies: Iron Butt, Most Spirited and 2 Best Of Show

Event: Saturday, January 13th 3pm or bring items to Arizona Cobra Anniversary Party
Donation List: Sunshine Acres has asked us for the following – these are items they will be especially short on after the holidays:

1) Toiletry Items including the following
- Hand lotion - Chap stick
- Liquid body wash - Acne medications
- Shaving products (they have older teens as well as younger children)

2) Gift Cards: See the note below from the Sunshine Acres team:

- “Sunshine Acres uses fast food gift certificates/cards primarily for when a child has a doctor appointment, and it takes longer than planned to be seen. We are very, very low on these vital certificates. Here are the top “wish” stores on our list:

We hope to come by and see you all for the party. We will have a jeep in tow behind our Pickup, so I hope parking is easy.
The way this web site has been working I about gave up on it.
Just got the call from the builder and the engine is on the Dyno fir me to see. He has been running it, so now its just show and tell. So now I am back to fired up. Cant wait to get it to Charlie for the install. Anyone who was at his open house and saw the blue Superformance with, you guessed it, 2 bars have seen my car more recently than me.

Plenty of parking as Saturday’s most are gone. About 30-40 spots plus area around my roll up door between the buildings. Best parking for cobras will be under the covered parking on the south end

As a reminder - if you will be joining us at the donation drop at Sunshine Acres Children's Home on January 13th you can bring your donations with you then. If you cannot attend on January 13th please bring them with you on Saturday the 2nd so we can get them to the Sunshine Area folks on your behalf.

I'm still up in the air about making the party. Depends on if I finally, after only 3 months, get to go after my car. I can still come ahead of time (Th or Fri) to help set up, if needed. I'll bring the things I'd promised to the Tuesday night Burger Fest, to be sure they get to the party, even if I don't.

Team - please note.

- Donations for the Sunshine Acres Children's Home are NOT Christmas items. So no toys etc. We will be giving the items to the Sunshine Acres folks on the 13th of January and they have asked for the items on the list on the flyer.
- If you are going to join us at Sunshine Acres on the 13th you DO NOT need to bring your donation this Saturday. Just bring it with you on the 13th.
- If you WILL NOT be able to join us on the 13th then please DO bring your donation items from the list this Saturday so we can take them to Sunshine Acres on the 13th of January.
