Going to have to strike me from the attendance list. The car may be running tomorrow, but Charlie wants some time to make sure all is good, given how much we have done to it. I trust his wisdom over my being anxious.
New engine, new transmission, different style clutch, major fuel system modifications, and brake lines.

2Bars, sorry you won't be able to make it. You could bring your JAFM, I'm sure others will have such rides. The show has always been well worth the time. Who knows, you might even see a scoot you just gotta have?

That's a lot of new "STUFF".. a little time is probably in order.. If you have a JAFM.. bring it along.. no one will laugh.. they may point but no one will laugh.. just as long as it's not another Chevette.. Come on down.. Hey, where else will you get free food and Karl's shiing countenance?

How late is a little? Just late enough for it to warm up?

All you "save me a spot" guys be at 56th and Ray by 7:45 and we won't have to save you a spot. CHD has asked that we show by 8:00, to park together. I'm not sure we can save any spots. As I recall this show gets pretty crowded early.

Great turn out, 16 Cobra's. The Harley Girls were young and dressed to get ones attention. Good talks and cool cars.

Default Final total 17 cobras

Danr finally showed up after Gary left. Dan had car trouble on his first try. Up and on the road by 6:30am, dark and cold! Home by 2PM for nap. Stuffed with hotdogs and chips (3&7) Wonder why I now have a stomachache? Al & Patty only Tucson team. New Backdraft owner John from Mesa joined us.
Here's a photo of the first 15. Scotty joined us later.

In Danr's case, the old saying "better late than never" is not really true.

BTW, anyone notice in Bob's picture, the lady cleaning the wheels on the copper Cobra?
(that NEVER happens in my house)

Burning question about one of the girls: Silicone or saline?
