That is correct- For this particular episode, I referenced Danr's "1001 excuses to get you out of a day-trip" volume II, page 14.

But, at least I used the day wisely- Looks like my water neck is sealed up good now, and I also fixed one of my rear lug studs, which has had jacked up threads, and was unable to maintain a torque setting, since I bought the car.

Glad you guys had a good drive, and glad that Greg and Vicki finally got to have lunch at Lupe's...

The worst part was cleaning it revealed the bad area of paint that I knew about to be even worse than I'd though and I found another problem area.... $$$

So much better than putting a few hundred miles behind the windshield, on a beautiful day.

I know. I drive it all the time but I miss the longer trips. Should have more time this year though.
