I know it's late notice. Karl and I discussed going to Cafe Rivera's Taco Express in Oracle. The internet says they have good Mexican breakfast.
Depart Karl's at 7.
Route 60 Circle K in Superior for fuel.

Scotty and I were the only ones to make the drive today. 240 miles for me and probably 300 for him. Had a little road construction to deal with but generally, a very enjoyable ride. Mark's recommendation of the Rivera Taco restaurant in Oracle was excellent. Very small, low key but Scotty really liked his enchiladas con huevos, potatoes and refried beans. I know where eggs come from so I had a couple excellent pancakes with real maple syrup.
