My first time for a long road trip in the Cobra - what a blast and zero issues! A great drive and good people and I'd do it again!

Great stories and pics. I can only live vicariously through these kinds of posts.

Good to meet you Ralph. Certainly hope you make more of our outings.
The upcoming Christmas/anniversary party is always enjoyable, even though many of us brings our wives, or whatever

Great fun! Did the NM route this year- lots of pretty country. Took a while to get there- extra 1/2 hour. That's what happens when you follow Karl! But the country around Duncan is pretty and I'd never been there before. The Boss ran great and handled well. Managed to keep up with everyone and do it in comfort! The best part was the Best Western didn't have bed bugs!

I lost a license plate a year or so ago, due to air turbulence, the bracket broke at one of the 90 degree bends. I built a custom bracket that anchors at the bottom as well, behind the latch lever. Plus, it holds the plate much closer to the body, with pads on the back to protect the paintwork.
