Kirkham sale on BAT

Surprised to see a Kirkham sell for a healthy $181k + the $5k buyer premium for all in at $186k. I haven’t priced one in a while but can’t you build new one for about that ? I a, sure the seller is quite happy

I just ran through the pricing page on Kirkham's website ( https://www.kirkhammotorsports.com/price427kms.shtml ) and it's pretty close to the BAT selling price by the time you add in the various options plus, of course, shipping, taxes, etc. At least the BAT buyer got a car that's assembled, sorted (hopefully) and ready to run (ditto).

Jeez, if it had only been a Kirkham with the all important, coveted "Shelby" vin plate. Coulda brought SOOOOO much more.
