We are looking for a newer home 5-10years old preferably a single level. Wife insists it must have a pool.
She is going down there on business just after the 4th and will have a little free time and one of her co-workers friends is a realtor and will show her a couple of properties--unfortunately I won't be able to go with her.
We aren't really sure what we want at this point other than to get out of the NW

I think pops, I mean Mike C. is in the computer biz

p.s. Mike got the clutch cable, I will wing it on figuring out how to hook it up. It cannot be that hard. The clutch also came with the metal fork(big), should I bother replacing that?

Yes, Grasshopper I am in the computer business.

Ron, The valley is dry now as far as computer programmers/developers go. I'm sure there are some jobs available but not really in that side of the industry. I deal mostly with Novell networks and hardware. I'll ask around.

Jason,

I'm going to Hershals tomorrow morning, when I return if it's not to late or hot I'll stop by and see how you are doing. As for the big metal thingy...probably best for you not to use it at this time as you have never changed one before. Save it.

We will see...I first have to get some hands over to help push it on the left side of the garage so I have room to work on it.

Remember I live in Cul de sac "C"

I order 2 KYB shocks from Summit, and I will be picking up some urethane bushings as well. I am pricing springs......I am torn.... do I want my car to perform more as a drag car or road course…. Can I still have the drag race set up (launch) and still enjoy the car on the turns ect…. or will it be drastically different? Is there a spring that is in between persay?

Mike,

Thanks for the info. I figured things were bad, just like everywhere else. Thought it was worth asking, though. I'm hoping things start freeing up after the first of the year. I've pretty much spent my career in telecom, but have been thinking I'd like to move into medical devices, or possibly defense (not quite sure on that one; need to give it some thought.)

Anyway, thanks, and take care!!

ron
