Hershal's GT40 & Party
I stopped by Hershal's house yesterday. The motor and tranny in.
He has a few odds and ends to finish up and will be on the road. Craig and Scott arrive from down under on Thursday. There will be a bon-voyage party held at Hershal's house on Monday the 17th. In the evening... The boys and gals will then leave for the DVSFII on Tuesday. As it stands the following are driving to Ohio: Hersh GT40 Craig & Scott Hershal's Midstates Paul FFR His wife and Son will Fly Mike F FFR Wife driving a tow vehicle John K FFR...John will be leaving the FFR in Ohio for his kids use during the summer. Ginny and I leave for Boston on Sunday then we will be flying to the fling on Thursday or Friday. See everyone there. Mike |
Hersh - I'm looking forward to reading your "First drive" post! It must be so close now!!! I hope it goes through the registration process without any problems.
I was having a look through a Summit catalog to see if there was anything that I should pick up for my latest "nearly completed" Cobra while I'm in the US. After I filled a whole page I thought I'd better go back through and only buy what I really need %/ I bought enough from R&E Racing in California last time that they put me on as a wholesale customer.... I might visit them again on the way home. I can't wait to be a part of this drive across the country. The Fling will be spectacular, but the drive there and back will no doubt prove to be the most memorable part of my holiday. Looking forward to seeing many of you shortly, Craig |
