Default Rods, Muscle & Cobras at the PAV

Took the family up to the Scottsdale Pavillions this evening. Snapped off a few photos. Click here to see my photos.

Met Bob Hughes (hope I got that right) who owns the Black Shell Valley and chatted a bit. (Thanks!) Didn't recognize the other black car -- the one with the Corvette wheels...

Saw the car with Webers and that great Unique FIA.

LOTS to see tonight -- wide variety of cars. Seems I've developed an eye for '32 coupes, too...

Ben

P.S. -- Mikie -- you'd be proud of Bob -- he also "reminded" me that I could buy a basic car from Gordon for "only" about $21K...

Ben,

The other car is an Everett-Morrison. Owned by another Bob. He got it on the road about 2 weeks ago.

Keep saving your pennies...It will happen someday.

Mike

Must have been the first E-M I've ever seen. I certainly wasn't familiar with the body shape -- including the widow's peak on the trunk. Very similar to the FFR trunk shape IMO.

I wish I would have stuck around, I am selling mine. I was there until about 5 ish. I called Factory 5 and they are currently working on the body of my Spec Racer. Should have it by the end of January! The FFR 3 is “FFR 4037 FP”.

Now I just need to sell my current one so I have room to build mine.
