Pavillions Cobra (K&Ns sticking out of the hood)

I always see this cobra at the pavillions and I would really like to know who the owner is. This particular cobra has four cut outs in the scoop where four little K&N air filters stick out. I always see it there but the owner is never around. Please if you read this email me bc I would really like to talk.
