Tortilla Flats
Breakfast run to Tortilla Flats....
Great time 10 cars showed up for this chilly morning adventure. The road to the Flats is very windy and twisty....did not lose anybody over the edge this time...

Was that "OLEYELLAR" I see in the photos, or someone else?
Ben

THANKS from the Tucson guys for a really great time. Bill and I enjoyed ourselves once the sun came up and our body temps returned to 98 degrees. It was 42 degrees when we left Tucson and must have gone down to the upper 30's around Florence when our faces started to turn white ( frost I think). The trip home was in t-shirts and shorts and 81 degrees. John

Mike-
Do you (or anyone) know whose green cobra this is in the foreground and what color green that is? I'm down to three color choices and green is one and I think this one looks great.
Thanks in advance.

Green is a terrible choice !!! Stay away from green !!! All Arizona Cobras should be SILVER !!! Mikec will love you if you stay with the SILVER color. Oh yes, that is Dave Shulak's Cobra. He can be reached at: cobra1sprint@earthlink.net John

Oh yes, that's my SILVER Cobra next to Dave's. John PS. I know that Mikec will respond to this thread so - I have 4,000 mile on my Cobra, and spent the day at the SCCA autocross in Sierra Vista. I had a ball. The car is so much more fun once you get to know it's charicteristics (sic). The orange paint on the front of my Cobra is a badge that I obtained by hitting four cones and only knocking over one of them.

Chaplin -- that is a Lexus green -- I believe from model year 2000. You can see a few more pics here:

See photos 11, 24 and 56. It is a very pretty car.

I'm crushed!!!!!!
No mention or picture of the automatic-transmission Miata which kept up with the big dogs. Not even an honorable mention!!!!!
Parts are all in for the pumpkin. Should be up and running this time next week, if I can get time to pull the old seals out and then get it all back together. Sure has been a learning experience.
