According to Car & Driver 0-60 in 7.4sec. we have the 3.9L V-8 rated at 252hp & 267lb torque, weighing at 3671lbs.

Paul ~ the LS is a great car, I have owned 2 of them. Only reason I sold my 2002 LSE is because it wasn't worth a darn in the snow.........you shouldn't have that problem
