Thanks for the kind words, Mike. Congratulations to Dave, Jack, Brian and Ginny. Boy that ride home was something. With Jerry leading I thought I was in the Silver State Classic Run at a 90mph class with 1 cobra in front of me and 6 more behind me!
That was a fun weekend. After eating, drinking, gambling, burn-out, joke, singing and fart contests, I'm worn out.

Ya know, Mike we had some other winners there in my book. Burn-out Jeff (vettster) and Kathy, Bill and Marilyn with their 59 T-Bird fake kit car, Lysle and his son, Megarita...No, I mean Erik. Barb of "lets go shopping" fame (Mrs. Jack), Keith and Linda - with their kit car Escort and cute dog Sasha, Veronica of "slow down Jerry!" fame. Barbara, Brian's wife who shares my love of frequent pit stops. And lets not forget Tucson John - that city's only representative, who spends his time offering people to let them drive his cobra.
A fun time was had by all especially our Elevator rides with 12 of us and Jerry's fart impression.
Bob

Hey Guys,
I'm glad you had a good time. I'm real sorry i wasn't able to make it this year. I really missed not being there. sounds like the AZ group did well. congratulations to all the winners.
Jeff I wish I could have seen that burnout.. Also I just read the bet you made on the Toys thing. You are something else!! It's a wonderful thing to see someone like yourself do good things for the kids. Because of your generous bet I'm sure the gang will bring a ton of toys. It's this kind of enthusiasm that makes things happen.
John if those cookies were that good then I want the recipe from Ginny. and why in the H--l do you burn Premium?
Hersh

Thanks!
We want to say a special thanks to John from Tucson,
With out him leaving a little later than us we probably would have not made it there. When my roll pin shered on my Dist. John stopped and offered a hand, and a ride to town to get it fixed. It has been working great ever sense.
There were a lot of nice cars there, and we were blessed by great weather, execpt the wind!
We were supprised to get the awards that we did, and thanks for those of you who voted.................
Keep it above 100.....................
Brian

Mike..
That Miata was Fugly...
Brian,
Glad that John was able to help. We needed you and Barb there to push the rest of us crazies all the way over the edge.
The weekend was great..
Not sure how fast you guys were going on the return trip as I had to stay with Ginny.
I promise I'll not do anymore leading in the future. However, we made the week for the lady operating the truck scales. John you missed that part.

Congrats to All the Kit Car Trophy winners!! The people made it a truly wonderful time. I look forward to the next big event at Hersh and Paula's. I still need a taker on the TOY BET !!!! There have been a few people from out of town sending gifts and they are being added to pile in their name for the kids. Wouldn't it be cool to have zillion toys in the pile, been practicing my waxing technique incase I loose.

Mikiec, I have a few pictures of the award winning Cobras. Question, how do I include them in a post here ? You'll have to give me the step by step procedure. John

John,
If they are digital email them to me. I can add them to the collection I have on Club Photo.
Once there I can post them here.
If you want to do it your self you need to copy the pics to a server. Here on CC is a good place. You them click on the pic get its properties. Copy the properties to your clipboard. Then in your post you must start the pic post with the following The letters img surrounded by square brackets looks like this with out the parenthies (. Once this is done save the post and your pic will appear.
once done you get this....
Look familiar?
Mike
