Scott & Brian,

HSR WEST is another club like NASA, Pro AutoSports and the other racing clubs. I'm sure that you can join and run with them. They can be located at www.hsr-westracing.com and they have their 2004 calendar posted already. Unfortunately, the PIR date conflicts with the season opener with Pro AutoSports at Firebird.. I am currently trying to get a Cobra Corral arranged in the infield for club parking. Would anybody be interested in that?

I think Bob Bacon might be there with his can am cobra that weekend. It is a very nice cobra for those of you that have not seen it. It should be fun. How many are signed up for the weekend? Scott

I'm planning to attend, so put me on the list. I will send my application over the week-end. This should be fun. I even put new tires on the car for the occasion. Unfortunately, with the limited (almost non-existant) options for 15 inch wheels, I went with a new set of BFG Radial T/A's. The old ones were only about 1/2 worn, despite my best efforts to spin the rubber off of them, but they were rock hard. The new softer rubber is much better.

Thumbs up Test & Tune Time

Thanks Slither for the info on the Vintage racew group. Boy that would be a blast to run with only older cars, to bad they have a limmited track schedule and it is all over the west coast.

I am not sure how many cars we are going to have, but I think they said that they could handle up to 40 on the track? that is a lot of snakes................ I hope that we do not need to split this up into two days

Mikey The car has new brakes, one rear Axle, and I bought special rims for track tires only (Can't afford the tires right now) and it has been running for a while with no mishaps.............

Hope to see everybody at the PAV if weather permits........

Keep it above 100.....................

Brian

Mikie:

I'm in too, if there's still slots available. I'm up in Canada right now so how do I sign up?

Time is short...

I spoke with Brian last weekend and he says those taking the school should be there by 7am.

See everyone there.
