Default Hardtop for my Cobra

I am looking for a hardtop for my
FFR Cobra.

Also would like to know the pros and cons of a hardtop.

Do my roll bars need to be lowered from the factory height?

If I decide to go this route I will have a never used convertible top and tonneau cover still in the box for trade or sell.

I also have one FFR black leather seat in new condition.

I attended the Las Vegas weekend and really got some great ideas on finishing my interior. Thanks to all !

AJ,
we have several members with FFR hardtops. Lysle and Kevin come to mind. I don't have their e-mail or phone No. but they look here on occasion. Perhaps they can speak up. Or call/e-mail mikiec he knows all in AZ.

Bob

AJ - I have an APE top for my FFR; see my recent post on FFCobra for pics: http://www.ffcobra.com/ubb/ultimateb...=028787#000000

I have dual rollbars; no need to lower 'em as the APE top is designed to clear 'em.

Pros: keeps most of the rain off, more quiet, gives the car a different character.

Cons: can't fold it up & put it in the trunk, not completely watertight (at least, not yet...), concerns about paint abrasion.

Drive on!

Smile TOP

YOU CAN INSTALL INVINCA-SHIELD ON THE BODY WHERE THE TOP BOLTS DOWN. THIS WILL PROTECT THE PAINT.
