Tribute to Ex-Boss , Gene Cafiero
I know it's not Cobra related but Eugene A. Cafiero passed away last Monday in Naples FL, at 77. He was an important figure in automobile history as a former President of Chrysler and the 1st President ond one of the founders of DeLorean Motors.
Long after he retired from active management of big companies, he was an investing partner in our small company. We benefitted from knowledge, experiences, and stories that were priceless.
He was very smart and great to work for as long as you did "whatever it took" to successfully get the task done. "No" and "can't" weren't words commonly used by employees.
Attached is the newspaper link wth the story. Hope I wasn't the only reader of this whose lives he touched.
