"People for Transmisions" was a radical group in the 60's. Mostly in the Bay area. That wanted everyone to adopt a transmision. I think the group is mostly gone now. Why do you ask?

Most folks with 5 speeds use a Tremac 3550, they're cheap enough new to make it hard to justify using a used one.
BTW, is People for Transmissions related to the 80's group Up with Transmissions?
