Default Chassis Dyno in Phoenix Area?

I'm up here in Prescott and after putting a new 1000 cfm Holley, I need to to fine tune my Carb, idle and timing settings. We don't have a chassis dyno up here, so, despite the altitude difference, I'll need to find a shop in the valley. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a top notch chassis dyno guy who could help me dial things in. The engine is a 482 Aluminum FE.

Thanks in advance,

Mike

Mike, as a club we went once to Automotive Diagnostic Specialties in Chandler: 480-961-8704. They have a Mustang Dyno. Good for tuning. I have also been to Pro-Dyno in Tempe 480-967-5550 good for higher numbers when tuning.

Default DYNO in Phoenix

I took my old Levy prepared 347 to Dyno-Comp in Scottsdale. I had Gordon and Matt from Levy Racing go with me and work on the engine with the owners there. Interesting to watch etc. Their number is 480-596-0500; pretty close to the Scottsdale Air Park. See attachment below...Good Luck!

Default AZ Dyno Chip

Call or visit Keith Schuster @ Arizona Dyno Chip, 513 N 54TH ST., CHANDLER AZ, 480-496-8800

His new shop has a Dynojet 240x capable of 1800 hp and 200 mph.

He is the best I have found and I've tried all the others mentioned previously.

Tell him that I sent you.

Doc in Mesa

So far I have only tweaked my Lister by the seat of my pants and should really get it set up properly. Roughly what do these dyno shops charge for their services?

200-300 depending on what you want to do and how many pulls you want along with adjustments. Gordon Levy and moneymanager are certainly worth a phone call.
