Arizona Cobras: Western States Cobra Bash
Have you guys checked out the thread about the Western States Cobra Bash? Is anybody interested in attending from AZ? It would be nice to have Arizona Cobras represented. This could turn in to a big deal. MikeC, what do you think?

Hey
I would be up for a trip to St George Utah... Maybe a day at LVMS for the track hounds and a day at Zion Park? What do you think Bill?

Gentlemen, Mr. Duane Decooney has appointed me the communications guy for the WSCB. Feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions. Keep in mind that this project is still in the infant stages of planning. So.....I don't have any answers to any questions right now. This will be a fun event drawing at least 100-200 cars! You will see it all there.

Slither,
Thanks for stepping up to the plate to represent Arizona for the future Western States Cobra Bash. It is my hope that we can put something together that is attractive enough for everyone in your neck of the woods to make the drive out.
We've only had a week's worth of feedback so far, and the online and offline resopnse has been pretty tremendous.

Mikiec, I am planning to make this event. My basic plan is to drive to Las Vegas and spend the night ( perhaps meet up with any Vegas Cobras). From there make a side trip to Death Valley and then into Reno. The second day would be about 10 hours of driving. Coming back I'm thinking of following Hway 395 all the way south to I-40, maybe spend the night in Barstow. And home on the next day. Since you are looking for something to do how about making up some directions and maps for us. John

Mikiec, Mike Mahaffey is thinking about coming along, perhaps we'll have two or three from Tucson. About those directions, that was said with tongue-in-cheek. Er, no Mike I really mean it. Please make up some directions for us. However, NO, you are NOT forgiven !!! John
