Fitz,
It won't be today due to work and the weather. I'm shooting for Monday. I have to be in Tempe to do some work and will swing by then.

OK, so where are we going once Fitz gets this thing on the road? We need to let him drive it for a while to shake the bugs out! any sugestions??? Test Run to T-Flats, or to PAV? Shoot, I would be glad to see him drive around the block it has been so long!
Later,
Brian

I think we should all drive out to Fitz' boat. He can supply all the grub and beverage,. He needs to do this to makeup for all the anxiety he has caused us waiting for his new car.
Any bets on how long it will be before he says....
Gordon, I need 1000 HP?

Mikiec, maybe he'll be saying that after lining up with me on the drag strip. Justa thought from a twisted mind.

Speedworld has a club day 04/17 (jr. dragsters included) so that doesn't sound good. They are having another 05/07 and prayerfully, by then, Fitz should have his car, have the bugs sorted out, and be well broken in. We could have really big fun. I'd think that there'd be a bunch of Blue Oval folks that would love to see his monster motor take me on.

I guess I will have to get that BDS 10-71 blower for Fitz's car. With a blower it should be around 1100hp.
It would be interesting to see it at the strip even though it is being set up for road coarse.

Boys boys, this is the car I got for Jo Ellen. Gordon is making mine next year with the blower. Jo Ellen wanted something to tone down those civics with basketball size exhaust pipes. I need to be looking for some slicks I think.

Fitz is it!
OK Fitz you need to blow away those chebbys, someone needs to because the harder I tried the slower I went... Heck you can open the trunk for 50 more hp just from the woofer! It will be nice to see the car at the track (if your wife will let you drive it there). We are gearing up for April and May with Pro Auto at Firebird west, then the main track where you can let that dog breathe! And the west track is a good one to get the car sorted out on before hitting 140+ on the main track.
So what are you cooking when we come up to your boat?
L8R,
Brian
