Fitz Sighting: Sat Afternoon
My Daughter and I saw the new Fitzmobile passing by Greenway and 32nd St. today around 4:00.
Sounds mean as Hell, did Gordon put a cam in that thing or something? :D Mike |
Mike, you can do that with any car. I think they're called glasspacks.

Glasspacks? Believe me there are no glasspacks in that car. You should hear it without the mufflers on.

I thought Fitz was running 4" straight pipes with no mufflers? on that bad boy!

After I get use to the clutch; after it gets the hard top; after I learn how to drive the thing and get somewhat confident with driving it. My other car seems like it was a regular car compared to this thing.
I started it up the other night and almost ran into the pool. I was checking the air conditioner and my lips got too close and wifey had to come out and use WD 40 to get my lips off the compressor. I kept looking down in the gas tank to see if there was a large hole in it somewhere. I started it up and the needle went to half. I think I am getting too old for this crap. I also told Gordon to make me a set of side pipes so I can hear that real cheap (not) radio I installed. And this heel/toe thing is just not my body's moto. I was double clutching the other day and hit the brake too hard and Jo flipped upside down in the cock pit and then the trunk lid opened up and hit her on the head. She told me to go to Bonderant sooner then later. |
Saw the Fitzmobile at Gordons today. Gordon started it up for us and my ears are still ringing. He said there was a muffler in there but I'm not believing it. :3DSMILE:
