Arrow Went by me!

It was a great feeling for me when the white Ford Expedition with Sheriff on the side did a quick uturn and went by me to pursue the blue and white, supercharged Cobra in front of me. Good for me but not so good for him.

Sorry I missed the picnic. Little cool out by the water yesterday? Saw my cardiologist yesterday and he said I could start driving short distances so I'm planning on getting the car out next weekend, probably for the Saturday night show at the Power Rd. Kmart. Hmmm, 1/4 mile is a short distance, 'specially when you do it swiftly.

Is that Fitz's Beeeeemer in the picture at the lake? He didn't break his Levy-Deluxe all ready, did he?

Default fuzz.......

On the way back we saw quite a few coppers... There were 6 of them in one spot, Jerry and I were thinking that they might be setting up a sting operation for the rest of the snakes that would be following....

Barb and I had a great time it was good to see everyone again! Can't wait till Route66........

Mike&Ginny as always, thanks! (you know the rest)

Later,
Brian

Karl,

Glad to hear that you can start driving.

Lets say that Fitz' car has a few oil leaks. Sounds minor but Fitz' has no mechanical knowledge. So we will see.

Brian,

Interesting that they were there? I figure if they had to spend the day doing parade duty they might as well write some tickets.

Mike

Sorry I didn't make the picnic this year - work is starting to interfere with what i do on the weekends -- and maybe more -

Karl - great to hear that you are starting to get back for those short drives - I think Lynne needs to have someone come over and disconnect the go button - and maybe 7 of the plug wires - If you are going to be at the Sat K-Mart - i will also be there so that "she who must be obeyed" --- IS

"Lets say that Fitz' car has a few oil leaks. Sounds minor but Fitz' has no mechanical knowledge. So we will see."

The red thing will be running by Thursday. I am hurt and embarrassed about having no experiance with these sort of cars. I was told when I was young to just make the spouse go out and fix it. I mean afterall when we got married she said she would obey, right? After I got married I told her to go out and fix something mechanical and she took this large piece of pipe that was attached to a small pistol and put it in my mouth while I was watching TV..asleep.

I haven't asked her to fix anything anymore. I just call Gordon's guys. And why didn't I get an automatic? She could drive it and talk at the same time; couldn't hear anything but could drive. Humn...

Hopefully it will all be sorted out in time for Route 66.

Sorry I couldn't make the picnic either. But on a positive note, I did get the problem with my daily driver sorted out.

And on an even more positive note, I'm actually about ready to send my car off to the painter (I know, hard to believe, isn't it?) Made some good progress this weekend. If all goes well, I should have it done right about when it gets too hot to cruise!

How 'bout a $20 sweatshirt that cost $40? Oh that's right, you already have one.

There, we're even.
