Default Da Pines

I had to force myself to spend last weekend in San Diego so I missed the Run to the Pines. (59th celebration of being on this mortal coil-boogie boogie boogie) I'm sure that some of the gang must have gone. Where's the pictures and report? Did the lovely and gracious Pinks have another wingding?

Hey there Karlos,
I bet San Diego was great not to mention that 59th thing! We went up to the show but without the 2 cars I had hoped to take. Everything that could have gone wrong with the haul up there did. That story would be a few pages so will leave it at that. We had spent a couple of weeks locked in the shop to get them ready. Then loaded the trailer and that is about where things start getting fuzzy yep... dark and fuzzy
It was a great show as always with the weather also great. It did get very cool when the sun was down but no rain as we have had a few times. I did not get to the show until mid afternoon on Sat. but saw a total of about 540 cars on display. The Pinkster was in the show as were 2 Tucson cars and a local FF car.
Spoke with Pink but did not see the other Cobra owners while I was there. Sorry I do not have their names to list but sure they will get posted by others.

Jeff, the Pinkster was NOT there. I had to work all weekend in Kingman. I smell identity theft. I did just come back from the mountains in the snake. Hwy 260 from Hondah to Greer is awesome!!! Fall colors with leaves blowing across the road, like a car commercial.:

Well It was a tough weekend.... I saw Dave S. with his coupe and not the Pinkster or did I ??
Sounds like the run to Greer was a lot of fun and the color change is always a sight. ENJOY

Thanks John,
I wish they had been there for me to talk with when I walked by.
Take care

A trip to Greer would be nice sometime. Not in the snow though! The Bimmer had big troubles there in the winter. Got rid of it and got a Mini for Wifey. Greer trip, Greer Trip, Beer Trip,...Greer Trip.
