So, do we have a 3rd caravan started by Don M and Fitz for others to join?
Clif, look forward to seeing you and your red beauty!
In AZ now, staying w daughter in Maricopa. Heading out to Gordon's place soon to see what I can do to help get Dan's car back together after 347 stroker engine surgery. (replace heads, rings, etc.) Got my fingers crossed.

place and time?
"November 18th.
Meet at the gas station, Chevron?, on Idaho Rd just north of the 60 in Apache Junction.
Time 8:15am."
Let me know if this is not correct. Looking foward!

Where are the West siders meeting or where is the first gathering spot for tore-a-tillia flats. I did find the time was 7:30 for the 8:15 hook up but where?

Thanks Karen, You did all the work I simply pointed you in a direction. I think ya had fun doing it too!
Mikiec, got it - thanks a bunch ... ditti for Larry - any guess how far 1 way from 101 and 51 ave to Chevron N. of 60 ??? I did just get a new drum of fuel but so far behind on all my TO GET DONE's I gotta get that small block finished. 15.2 gallon fuel cell X 3.4 miles to the gallon = 51.6 mile potential or 25 mile 1 way limit. that sucks !

Jeff...
You will not make it. It's about 30 miles, give or take, to the Chevron station. Another 10 to 15 + to the Flats. You could have Kathy drive the pickup to the Chevron station, and re fuel. Drive to the flats and re-fuel again on the way back.
Having 800 HP and 13.1 ratio is nice but you can't go any where.

Well I visited Gordon today. No go for tomorrow.
Soooo, if anyone wants their car there to help set the record but can't make it personally, we can help you. Call my cell 503-329-3010.
Backup plan: ride with Scott McLain from the South meeting point, Home Depot at 7:30, the Hd on Ray Rd near I-10.

OK water pump is on, did the burping ritual, drove around for a while no leaks. Now I'm waiting for her to cool off and I check my brake hose fix and look for any new tire rub and I should be good to go Larry, I'll call if I run into any snags.

7:15 AM at Chevron Station south east corner of Cavecreek / Greenway, which is about 2200 east Greenway area just south of Bell Road and Cavecreek. This location is also south of 101 & Cavecreek about 2 Miles or less I guess. I will look for you5-10 minutes. If you are not there I will assume you changed your mine and I will see you later.
