Full Time Automotive Machinist needed
 
All, I'm looking for some help here and thought that I would use this network for some possible referrals. I'm a District Manager for an Auto Parts chain here in Phx and need a Machinist for my store in Chandler. If anyone knows a qualified Machinist please have them contact me at my office 602-282-6821

Job Description
The Machinist performs machining operations to restore motor components to original manufacturing tolerance. Machine labor work examples include but are not limited to cylinder head valve, guide, and seat work; engine block boring and milling operations; spray/dip or soak cleaning. Additional responsibilities include: communicating with store associates and customers regarding costs, limitations and turn around time.

EDUCATION:

Associates Degree


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 1 years experience in machine shop required

Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driving license and a good driving record

Precision machining skills

Excellent mechanical and mathematical ability

Highly technical understanding of internal combustion engine components

Basic Computer skills

Background Check

Drug Screen
