Gongrats!
Car cover do not need to worry about it until your in nothern AZ on the route 66 fun run. Then buy one at Walmart, get the medium size one as it will be a throw away after the pipes seer off the bottom half because your in a hurry to keep the snow out. One thing about dust, it dosent stick verry well after 120mph.

Speaking of 120mph how on earth did a cop catch you? were you slowing for gas? (usually my problem) but even at that rate these are the (one of)fastest cars in the world between 0-100-0 so you should have been stealth...

Yes Loctite is mandatory along with ear plugs, 5 layers of clothes, water bottle (for your car), sun screen, tooth pick (use on jets or teeth), Oh and one of those funny mask that Karl wears, good for free gas & money at circle K and it keeps your face warm....

Have fun!

Yeah, I was getting off I-10 at Quartzsite and there were four Highway Patrol guys staring me down.

I bought a can of fix-a-flat today. I wonder if that will actually work if I get a flat? There are so many nails and screws around my office, too much construction.

I wonder how much these z-rated tires cost, too? I have a feeling I'm going to be needing a pair of those shortly....

Brian,
Funny? Funny? You think I'm funny? I'm here to amuse you? (I know, its a bad immatation of Joe Pesci in Good Fellas) The ski mask is also most beneficial on the 101 now that they turned the camera radar back on. Are you allowed to come out to play tomorrow?
BTW Steven, a drop of fingernail polish will pretty much give the same results as locktite, if you're in a pinch.

I was not going to say much, but... Karl looks better with the mask on than off.

See everyone tomorrow.

Thank god I always carry a bottle of fingernail polish in my pocket!

I will try to be there tomorrow, though sleeping in is one of my vices...

Your going to need a part time job just to keep that thing running.

In order to remind you not to get your leg to close to the side pipe do the following.

Run your car for about 15 minutes to get the side pipes really hot. Then take two large drinks of scotch. Then sit in the car and gently press you bare leg against the pipe. Let it cook for about 15 secs. (if you see bone pull away). Now you are a full fledge member. Now go get the wife or girl friend and repeat.......

Really? It couldn't be any worse than the 63 Continental that I used to own. Is it the engine that is going to be the problem?

Well......thought I was going skiing this weekend, then had a problem with one of my 5 year old pups. Cancelled the skiing and thought I would join you guys thinking the dog thing may be minor but ends up it is serious. Then found out my pup had a stroke so it is touch and go this weekend. Have fun tomorrow....
