Great idea Mike. That would make a spectacular Photo.. Maybe even a calendar event.
I'd like to have that photo hanging on my wall.

Dan,
I have been trying to do that for the past 7 years. Most ever was this year at Hershals.. we had 40+. The most on the road at one time has been 20.

What kind of turnout do you think we'd get for a charity event? Say we take some photos, put them in a calendar for '08 and sell the calendars at different speed shops and events around town through the rest of the year and then donate the money to some worthy cause.. I have a couple of favorites, but we could let everyone nominate their favorite charity and then we'd donate the $$ accordingly. We might even be able to garner some good press from something like that. May be we only get 40 cars but that would give us three cars for every month with four cars for January, April, July and October. One big picture of 40 cars for the cover.
By the way, I'm known for coming up with wild ideas, but every once in a while one of them works. Besides, I would really like to have a poster sized photo of all of the cobras from this part of the country all framed and hanging on my wall.

David, Help us pull this off and the Chrysalis Shelter will certainly gain up front consideration. How's that for an offer?

how many
I call Chandler my home in the winter months--on the weekends!!!! I try to hit a lot of car shows.
I would like to let all the cobra owners know that the barber that put on the car shows in down town Chandler pasted away last month. The next car show in Chandler will be named after him. The mayor will let us have both side of Country Club / Arizona for more space. I will get the info out as soon as possible.
