Well,
I read it and it sounds like no definite plans. If I have the 540 finished, installed, and tuned (and I might) by then I'll play... A definite maybe.

If I am not dead I will be there. Does it have to be a weekend? Maybe evening during the week or just during the week. We can all take sick days.

OK Let's get an accurate count of those that will be at a track day so we can really narrow down the cost and the date. Gordon since you have all the experience you get to lead.
I will be there....
Eric if you need a hand please give me a call... I just finished my radiator shroud for the rear of the radiator and it should be back together tomorrow. I still have the MSD timing box, and the Speedway sway bar to put on, but both of those are one day jobs.
Sounds like fun!

How about Nov 17th? No conflict with SEMA or Turkey Day.
Count me in. I can chase Steve again.

I'd probably go if not raining or too hot. I'd like to hit a few laps and take pictures of all the cars. Is that the track with the drag strip? If so could they have part of the day for drag racing?

I like the more technical west track, slower and less to hit.... But, then what do I know. I had the insrtuctor from hell....
If we can get this setup, I'de like to have a session for us Sunday drivers.

No, Greg, we have rarely used the "Main" Track. Keep in mind that a straight with a half mile run would develop speeds of 160+mph in a car like yours. Scary! The East and West tracks see about 125mph. The 2 smaller tracks are designed for more technical "training".
Hey, I want to got to SEMA. Never been there. Anyone with extra passes? I'm off Oct 30 & 31st.
Jeff Classic??

Bob, I can get you passes if needed.
The west track really isn't a fun track to drive. It's more of an autocross coarse. The east track is pretty technical but very fluid. There really isn't much to hit.
I will call Firebird and see about the 17th. If it's available, is this that date we want?
If you could give me an alternate date would help.

Think about Thanksgiving; some people may be out of town for the week; just a thought.
