Update
Well I have got off my butt again. Have the wiring harness laid out in the car. Still a challange being I know zero about wiring. Most wires are marked though. Just need to cut another hole and then it is time to put the cover on the dash and mount the gauges. After that is time to drop the 505 hp motor and TKO. Hope to have it running in the go kart stage by Christmas.
Body and paint will have to wait though. |
Getting closer.
Have the rear and front wiring ran. Wires are ran and ready to be hooked up to the gauges. Have the wires ready to go to the starter, tach, temp, etc. Almost done with the ignition wiring. I will be doing the engine harness last. That shouldn't be a problem, I know where all the sensor wires go etc. I still need to mount the fan to the radiator. Getting closer to dropping the motor and tranny. I found out I will have to weld the banana bar to the axle and put an extra support in for the 3 link. Jason |
Jason,
Just remember to remove the funnel before starting the motor.:D :D It's about time you are getting that thing finished. Mike |
Jaysuz Jason, what the heck have you been doing all these years?! :D
So nice to finally be able to hassle other people for not being done. Speaking of which, C'mon Mikie, how many other drives you gonna miss while you dink around with that clutch cable? :) :) |
Still waiting for the cable to show up. I believe it's coming from China. Hopefully it will be here in the next day or so. I'll install it when it gets here, with the help of Paul G.
