Less expensive for insurance
Less worry when driving
Cockpit more comfortable
Better looking (my girlfriend's opinion)
It's not a real Shelby Cobra
But, it's a real AC

Nothing beats the patina/originality
It's faster
Exhaust note louder and sounds better
Less weight
No emissions testing
It's a real Shelby Cobra
