Default Memories on Main St. ... Take II

Well, I spent five hours at Pavillions yesterday and Linda didn't make it. I got an email from her that said she was having an issue with the printer and didn't get the passes yet. She's going to call with information on how we are going to do this .. so as the man used to say.. "We are currently experiencing techincal difficulties. Please stay tuned for further instructions." Keep an eye on this thread and I will pass along what ever information I get.

Thanks Ya'll...

Guess you don't need to bring them with you today then, right?

DANr55, like I said last night at Pavillions, I have never seen a sunroof on a hardtop on a replica. I like it! It looks cool! Enjoy!

I spoke with Linda Morrissey this AM. The tags will be available later this week. I will make arrangement for AZ Cobras to get to the assigned parking area and get thier tags there or we'll meet before the cruise and I'll pass out the hang tags then. I will be placing our order for tee shirts on Wednesday. Tee shirts can be paid for and picked up at the tee shirt place at 12 W. Main st. the night of the cruise($12.00 for pre order/$15.00 for day of event purchase). Any questions, drop me a line.

Danr55,

I walked up to you as you were packing up to leave when I told you I liked your sunroof. Remember now? I didn't have my Cobra there.

Old Phart,

Unfortunately, you won't see us there Friday.

Bill

Bill, were you wearing a Vintage tee shirt with the "too small, too loud, ..."ect. stuff on the back? In any event, I'm still glad you like the car. That's always a compliment when another cobra owner likes your car. Thank you.

Danr55,

Yup, that was me. You do have an extremely nice car and you should be proud of it. You guys were parked next to my racing partner's FFR Daytona Coupe. I have recently converted him from his race cars to showing his coupe, when he has time.

Bill

OK.. Here's the plan.. Those of you who can get to Mesa around 4:30, let's meet in the parking lot at Mervyn's on the north east corner of Stapely and Main St. We'll hang there for a while then 'cruise' on up to where we need to be. I'm going to pick up the tags on Friday morning. I'll pass them out at Mervyns or if you come later, just tell the guard that you are with AZ Cobras and he'll tell you where to go. (Did that sound right?) I'll have 25 tags and I guess that's it. They are expecting between 600 and 1000 cars for this event so it should be something spectacular.

I'm looking forward to a great evening.

Assuming Ahren gets my carb fixed this afternoon we'll be at the Mervyns. See you then and thanks for all the effort Dan!

Ya- we've been outta the loop for a while. Been a lot of changes going on lately..... all but one of them for the good. Looks like this may be one of the last events we go to as we may be selling the cobra due to a move coming up.

We're very excited about the move and the changes coming but selling the cobra is certainly not something we are excited about at all .
