Looks like we'll be selling the cobra :(
Well, After much debate and discussion it looks like we will be putting our cobra up for sale. As much as we hate to have to sell it it looks like it makes the most sense at this point. We'll be moving, building a new house and starting up a new business so the extra cash from the cobra will be going to good use. Hopefully we'll get back into it in a few years because we've had great fun with it and love taking it out- it always puts a smile on our face. Any suggestions where to advertise it for sale besides here and cobra country? Hopefully it will take a while to sell and we can enjoy it a bit longer . If anyone is interested just let me know

THat's too bad Scott. Not much you can say when someone decides to sell their Cobra. Good luck with the new business. I hope it brings you as much joy as the car did..

Sorry to hear that, but if it helps kick-start your business, go for it. You can always buy a new Cobra. Still hurts, though.
I'll send this information on to a friend in Tucson.

Boy, That didn't take long... Maybe you want to ask $80K for right now and come down on your price later.. closer to when you really want to sell it!

Nice car, good shape, good price, should sell quick. Good Luck with the sale and new business. Did that rear view mirror come stock and is it adjustable up and down?
Thanks

Nice Car!
Good luck with the new business.
If you were doing the Cobra again, what would you do differently next time?

Joe- Yes, that's the mirror that came stock and it is adjustable up and down. You can also get the kind that only attaches to the dash.
Duncan- If I were to do it again (and I certainly intend to) I actually wouldn't change a thing. We did a ton of research before we bought this car and it came exactly the way we wanted it. There was thought of going with the Roush 427 engine but just couldn't justify the extra cash as the 392 performs just fine.
