Nice pics.
I heard a whole week in boot camp is spent teaching Marines not to smile for the camera.

This was Marie's and mine first party, get together, of the Cobra club. Everyone one was welcoming, warm, polite, caring,( is that enough discriptive words to warrant an invitation next year?)
Really enjoyed meeting everyone, don't think I'll even try to build mine in the record 3 months, I do plan on having it there next year and for the WSB.
Still looking for reccomends for painters and the main question I was asking of home builds; did you paint before the motor went in or after?
Again thanks to all we had a great time rain or not.

Jeff Miller. Any time. Installation of engine/tranny is a ten minute job with two people. The body is removed for painting so it makes no difference when you put the engine in. Jeff takes about 4 to 6 weeks for the painting.

Dennis, it was great talking to you about the ERA build. Your wife is very nice and she sure seems eager for you to get it finished.

John,
This is an ERA.. Body is bonded to the frame.
Dennis ERA recommends to paint before putting in the drive train. I had Gordon Levy, his shop is in Maricopa, paint my car over 7 years ago. Still looks new, except for all the stone chips.

I know that is what they recommend, just seems backasswards. Doesn't seem practical especially since I will have to trailer it to wherever. Oh well, I must do what the "Cobra Gods" demand.
Thanks for the imput.
