Default Arizona / Las Vegas Gathering.

Hey Arizona Cobra owners. Davids and I have initated a get together with the Las vegas Cobras. They would like to have a joint meeting/drive with us on the weekend of April 4/5/6th. This the weekend of our Annual Picnic. Mikiec, can I ask you to arrange this joint club gathering? I think that it would be a blast to drive to Las vegas and meet the guys there and do a drive or two with them. I would assume that we can either change our picnic date or offer them an alterantive date. MIkiec and others, what do you think ? John Ps. Check the Las Vegas web site.

John,

The picnic is set in stone. Also, a large group of us are attending Knotts and the Route 66 fun run for overnighters. The last weekend in April and the first weekend in May.

What I will do is send out an email about this gathering. Those wanting to attend can contact you with an RSVP.

Mike

Mikiec, the date is not set for this drive / event / meeting. Davids and I are thinking about it and hoping that it could happen at any time. I see what you mean, there are a lot of activities coming up every other weekend until June. it would be just too much to ask the guys to make another weekend trip. Oh well, as I said it is a thought and perhaps we can plan it for later in the year. John

John, get me a calendar of your upcoming events from Sept thru November and I'll check with the Utah guys and we'll make something happen this fall.

Do I sense a tri-state event in the making? It's beginning to sound like a real "something to do". I will call in the dark.. I'm in..

We have 1 Tri-State event every October in Laughlin. AZ-CA-NV. It is such a hit with us perhaps a second would work. Probably should be planned for spring next year but might work for Sept, away from Run to the Pines. (last Weekend in Sept) or perhaps late November, say week before Thanksgiving.

Just adding my 2 cents

AZ Bob

I am glad hear from you two guys and happy to hear that you think it may be an event to make happen. I hope that Mikiec gets a chance to really publicizie the Laughlin event to the newly formed Las Vegas Cobra Club. John
