Thumbs up Sent him home to Az.

Hi all in Arizona.

Well I sent the big guy home - back to Arizona - after he spent a few weeks with me in Australia.

I think he had a good time in Australia. If his "Posts" and "Thread" over on the Australian site is any indication I'm sure he is resting up.

Good to hear a few stories about you all when Hershal was over here. I'm looking forward to catching up when in the States next..

Bernie

Bernie..

I'm glad you had a good time with Hersh.. We don't get to see him much anymore. Man is he busy.

I hope we can catch up when you get back to the states..

Mike

Hi Bernie, Mike,
Sorry guys for not being more sociable. I have been busy
going back and forth to Texas. I am really glad I was able to take Bernie's invite and go to Australia. He really showed me a great time. I am trying to get one of my cars up and running so that I can come on some of the cruises. I do read all those posts and truly wish I was able to go along with all of you.
AS thing would have it, I have to leave Saturday for Texas, I'll be there until April 9th. With the help of my brother we almost have the little house done. It's been one busy time but I do see things slowing down a bit.
When Bernie gets here I will try and get a Bar-BQ organized and we can put the luaching pad to use. Mybe Jeff C can bring that monster of his and redo the marks that are now barely visible from the last time.

Hersh

Hersh,
I second Mikes statement about missing you and Miss Paula. A BBQ would be great if we do not see you earlier somehow. The launch pad aways draws the crazies ... like me.
I must be loosing my touch if the black marks are wearing off already.

The stories of you and Bernie have been a great read and times I guess neither will ever forget. Remember your old signature line about a true friend being in the cell beside you rather than somebody you can call to come pick you up. I butchered that but you know what I am talking about. Till later Jeff C

Jeff,
I know exactly what you mean. I hope that none of the fine folks in Arizona Cobras think that we don't care anymore. I think the AZ Cobras folks are some of the finest folks around. I can't tell you how much Paula and I have enjoyed the times we were able to attend the many events that Mikie and Ginny have planned for the group. It is a true disappointment each and every time we are not able to come along with the group.
You can't just have a club like this exist for as long as it has without caring a lot. Mikie is a guy I truly look up to for his ability to put such a fine group together. He and Ginny have work hard to get things going. But as I look back he now just has to enjoy these moments that happened because he and Ginny took the time to plant the seeds. I am very proud that I can call myself a member of the ARIZONA COBRAS. Heck I even made Bernie one while I was there in Australia. I sure hope that was OK with you Mikie.
The early days were good too. I remember all the hard work by many of the charter members like Bob Broberg, Gordon Levy, Mikie C and Mike Foss. There is many many more But you see my point. Please don't take offense if I left you out.
I think one of the things I'm most proud of are the Charities that we have supported over the years. This group has done a super job of giving especially to the childrens charities.
Besides all this I was able to have as many as 45 Cobras and GT's at my house at once. Now what's not to like about that. I truly missed having that Christmas party last year. It was a sad day for Paula and I.
Things are starting to look up so hopfully this summer we will have a BBQ to end all BBQ's.

I Love Ya' all

Hersh
