Pretty good price. I bet the IRS conversion cost more than 5 times that much  .
Seriously, no IRS on the Mark 7. Live axle 8.8 with air bags. Nothing special on the motor either. It IS the HO 5.0 used in the Mustang, but it's speed density so the computer system isn't really desireable.
If you're thinking of this for a donor car, all that's really worth anything is the motor, and you can just get a motor and save the hassle of getting rid of the rest of the car.
