Space Age Paint on Country Club, in Mesa, has dozens of different weather strips, sold by the foot. BTW, they also have an enormous aluminum FOMOCO V8 that was used in WWII tanks. Really an impressive engine. It was banned by NHRA back in the '60s because it produced so much power that no other engines could compete. Worth a look.
