Stud finder

Don has been trying to find the studs in his garage for years. He just needed the right tool.

I think you Arizona folks need to park your Cobras and leave 'em alone for awhile.

Fitz 08-13-2008 12:20 PM

Nah! Anytime it drops below 110 @ 10PM we get excited. Looks like someone went over the 2 drink rule. I did this once and my passenger (wife) went flying into the garage door as well. Didn't have a scratch on the car.....

Jamo 08-13-2008 12:30 PM

You know, if he took his time and centered it just right...could've left a mucho bettero indention on the wall.

mikiec 08-13-2008 12:38 PM

Ron,

Just a few words.... Gas pedal and flip flops.

Don, also has the cone crusher award and the filter crusher award.

while you are fixing the damage look at the rest of the car. after a smack like that often the doors get damaged. check the body for damage around the body mounts as well.

Appears as though alcohol may have been involved?:D
Maybe wheel chocks might be in order.:o

My dad poured a curb in our garage as my mom would routinely gouge the wall with the front of her land yacht. She said she knew she had pulled in far enough when she felt the car bump the wall.

mrpink 08-13-2008 01:29 PM

Mikie...what did I tell you?

Scott Hatcher 08-13-2008 01:55 PM

This looks like a very good time to get rid of all those nasty rock chips that magically appear on the front of the cabra!!!!

Got the Bug 08-13-2008 02:18 PM

Nothin a little duct tape can't fix. :JEKYLHYDE

Those damn flip-flops strike again!

See, this guy's car is as good as new.

At least you have a negative mold of your front nose so you can make a new one.

powerslide 08-13-2008 03:05 PM

I da know....it gives the car a certain amount of character..patina...battle scars from desert campaigns

vettestr 08-13-2008 03:23 PM

Don,
I am putting together a donation drive so we can buy you a 12 inch ruler. When we can afford it there will be a training session you need to complete. Until then the skinny pedal makes noise and the wide pedal makes the noise go away or STOP !!!!!

Danr55 08-13-2008 03:46 PM

Jeff, We should buy him signs. One that says "GAS". One that says "CLUTCH". And one the says "BRAKE". He can hang the one that says CLUTCH in the garage just low enough that it touches the windshield when he's as far in as he can go SAFELY.

Karl Bebout 08-13-2008 06:51 PM

Sheeeeet, here when I saw the title of this thread, I thought that someone was looking for me. Glad to see those bumperettes did their job.

vettestr 08-13-2008 07:58 PM

Karlos, He said SSSStud finder not Bud finder see I was nice and said Bud.

Dan, we only need 2 signs, she's an auto.

Don, I will call ya soon, maybe Fri. if I can.

Danr55 08-13-2008 08:02 PM

Jeff, That's why you hang the clutch sign over the windshield.

mikiec 08-13-2008 09:02 PM

Jeff,

We can say what ever we want about Don. He does not know how to turn on Diane's computer.

Hey Don,
I know that you wanted me to help you, but you did not have to do that to get me over there. :-)
