Hershal is a Tex-I-can
Hey, guys...
I just received an email from Hershal. He has finally arrived in the land of 10 gallon hats and crap on your boots.
Hershal, Paula, Hershy and assorted critters made it without any problems.
Email me if you want his info.

I spoke to Hershel last night and he was at the hardware store trying to get some parts to build a antenna for his internet since his location is on the border of a couple different providers. Give him a day or two and he should be slamming those keys on several sites.

Good luck Hersh. Had a great time at your place at christmas. Never did get that ride in you're GT40. Maybe will have to come down there and get that ride.
Best of luck to you.

Thanks guys. We made it OK and I have been trying working on getting this antenna up so I don't have to drive into town just to get the internet. We are
on the fringe of the service area for the internet card. Now I have a Yagi antenna 20Ft in the air and it works great.
Fredericksburg is a neat place. They have lots of car nuts here but I
haven't seen any Cobras or GTs. The County fair starts this week so I think we will see what that's like.
I will still be making trips to Phoenix to visit my Mom, brother and sister. When I do, I will make stops at the local hang outs so I can visit with the gang.
As soon as we get settled in here I will do my best to make some of those Austin meetings.
Hersh

Dave,
Robert was a class act. Very nice fellow. Him and his brother are car nuts and that makes it cool. His brother
was driving a new Jag XJS. a real nice car.

Hershal
Good to hear that you are settling in at Fredericksburg.
I can see a few Sunday visits to Luckenbach.
I was wondering how you will fit the 10 gallon hat and the westermn boots and spurs in the GT40

Auh Bernie,
Mate, you know I only wear an Akubra Territory or a Banjo Peterson hat. Ten gallon hats are for the real Texans.
Slowly but surely we are all getting acclimated to the new home. Getting to know the way around town takes a bit but we are getting there. The folks here are very nice and helpful.
You know that heat in Phoenix is something I don't miss but by golly it really is a dry heat. The humidity factor here is something I really appreciate. seems to take the edge off of the heat here. At night it cools down to the mid 70's and the AC never comes on until about 9AM.
I still have a few things to retrieve in Phoenix at my brothers house. When I do I will try and make a stop by the local hang out to visit.
Hersh
